Ski Bezovec
The most popular recreation and sports centre in Považský Inovec with a nice view of the surroundings. There are good conditions for undemanding hiking and biking in summer. In winter there are available 6 ski lifts with artificial snow and night skiing.

Beckov Castle
The Castle Beckov looming on a steep hill is mentioned around 1200. This borderline castle belonged to the King Matúš Čák, and since 1388 to various noble families. In the 16th century, fortifications were reinforced, and thus they resisted the Turkish attack in 1599. After a fire in 1729, the castle went to ruins, and after 1945, the ruins were declared a national cultural monument due to their historical significance. It is accessible directly from the village by a marked footpath.

Čachtice Castle
The Castle Čachtice was built in the first half of the 13th century as the sentry fortress. At the end of the 13th century, the castle was besieged by the King Přemysl Otakar ll. The castle was famous for the notorious Elisabeth Báthory (1560-1614), who was convicted of murders of girls in 1611 to a life jail. After kuruc wars, at the beginning of the 18th century, the castle began to go to ruins. It is accessible from the village of Čachtice .

Tematín Castle
The first mention dates back to 1270 when the castle belonged to the king, and it was built as the guard castle to protect one from the roads to Moravia. Since the mid-16th century, the castle belonged to the family Thurza who improved the system of anti-Turkish defence. It is accessible from the villages of Hrádok, Lúka and Nová Lehota. If the visibility is good, there is a magnificent view from Tematín of Vážska plane, and Piešťany and Nové Mesto nad Váhom will lie open in front of you.

Topoľčany Castle
Ruins of the Gothic royal castle from 1235 tower directly above the village of Podhradie. Later, the castle changed its owners very often. In 1434, it was captured by the Hussite army and became their support point for their next raids. From the 18th century, the castle ceased to be of strategic importance and began to go to ruins. There is an excellent view from the ruins. It is accessible from the village by a marked footpath.

Moravany nad Váhom
The village is renowned for one of the most valuable findings of the older Stone Age - a statue of Venus. The statue is cut from a mammoth tusk, and it is 7.7 cm high. Its age is estimated at about 22 800 years. In the village, there is a mansion of the 16th century, which belonged to the family of Csáky, and a church from the Middle Ages.
The bishop Csáky had a Renaissance castle in Moravany nad Váhom built in the 16th century. Originally, it was a one-floor rectangular building with corner alcoves and its walls were finished by attic. On the eastern side of the mansion was a chapel with a domed vault and Renaissance ornamentation.
